All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to, handmade items, custom orders, and vintage pieces. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Handmade & Custom Orders
Our pieces are handmade with care, often in small batches or as one-of-a-kind items. Due to the nature of handmade and custom work, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the charm and uniqueness of the product.
Vintage Items
Vintage items are pre-loved and may show normal signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. We take great care to inspect each vintage piece and clearly disclose any notable flaws or imperfections in the product description. Minor wear that does not affect the overall wearability or function of the item is to be expected.

If your item does not arrive as described or as promised, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
