ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that many of our items are handmade or one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, which may require additional handling time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Custom orders have a 4-6 week turnaround time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10 USD

  • Free Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $150 USD

Shipping rates apply to the continental United States unless otherwise stated.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide international shipping.

  • Flat Rate International Shipping: $100 USD

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by the destination country.

EXPEDITED & OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

If you require expedited or overnight shipping, please note:

  • All expedited, express, or overnight shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping speed upgrades apply to transit time only and do not shorten processing time

  • Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak seasons. Le Petit Bonbons is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Le Petit Bonbons is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Le Petit Bonbons is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at
